Who would have thought Grandma would have another birthday? Especially after the past 6 months, as her health has declined & it's hard for her to get out of bed now. It's tough to watch someone you love & care about become so old & frail! I know it's frustrating for her to feel so helpless; but, here she is, now 96 Years Old, and still hanging on! There's a reason she's still here. I know she just is ready to check out. But, as she's watched her family grow even more, she's been thrilled to have a few more Great-Grandchildren this year! And we are grateful to have enjoyed another Easter, and Mother's Day, with her....which is the completely selfish part of us just not wanting her to go yet! :}
She got some pretty flowers & cards...people from all over the world thinking of her! (Hey, when you go on as many missions as they did, you're bound to have friends all over! :})
