Kaley has chosen to be baptized in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She has enjoyed her weekly visits from the Sister Missionaries, and we know they love seeing her too (it's always an entertaining visit at our house :}). We told them we wanted to wait until she could give a good reason as to why she wanted to be baptized (not, because "I'm told I should" or "Because my friends are" :}). But, when she said it was to be closer to God...you can't really argue that one! :} And despite our own differences in beliefs, we were very proud of her for making that choice on her own & making the effort to keep God & Jesus close to her heart. This we do not disagree with! Whatever it takes to feel that power, I'm all for!
She's such a cutie...got to love her sweet spirit! She was very excited for her special day! :}
Grandma Leach was very thrilled with her decision too! We're thinking Grandpa Leach may have played a part in that! :}
