Girl's Trip to Jackson Hole

The much anticipated Girl's Trip of the year finally came!! This time it was to Jackson Hole to celebrate Suzanne's 40th Birthday (it's been a GREAT excuse for us this past year! :}). Most of the Bonko Girls were able to make it...bummer for the few who couldn't! It was an incredible trip full of plenty of fun and R&R that we all so desperately needed!
Tina, myself, Tracy & Deanna ready to hit the road!
We made it! What a gorgeous view of the valley!
The incredible home that Maryann hooked us up with (she is so good at finding these places! :}). This was actually one of Teton's Parade Of Homes in 2005.

It was such a beautiful setting to be in, I loved the landscape!
And, as a special treat, we had brand new birds in the flower pot on the patio!
They were so cute, we loved to watch them each day. They even had their 1st flight while we were there!
Getting some shots of the house. This was awesome...they actually built the house around the tree, preserved it & was able to make it into a fireplace!
Yea, I could take this kitchen!
The grand room had plenty of space to relax & play!
I think I could get used to this view from my bedroom too! :}
The loft area
OK, so this was cool...behind the bookshelves was the hidden theater room!
Which also displayed many interesting artifacts they've collected all over the world!
It had a nice big play room downstairs, including this gym area
..and even a photo booth!
"Shauna in the Sauna"
We were so glad to be here! (check out the office area in the background too...yea, I could get used to that too!)
The view from the patio...gotta luv it!
We very much enjoyed all the down time chillin' on the patio!
That's our silly Tracy! :}
Glad Kathleen & Tiff finally made it (apparently they got a bit lost :})
Tracy enjoying the view from the bench seating area
We definitely put this big hot tub to good use!
Our feetsies! (I love this pic! :})
Everyone working together to prepare the night's meal. Much thanks to Tina & Jules who made sure we were taken care of in that area!!
It was nice to have a homemade meal together in the fancy dining room! And we will never turn down Tina's chicken enchilada's! ;}
Capturing a cool view of the orange sun this night!
Enjoying more time on the patio together
I call this a "Julie Sandwich"...my favorite kind! :}
Then it was time to go into town & have some fun at the Square. We hit the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar (which has been there forever!). Here's Suzanne & Maryann, the two sisters, who put this trip together!
Chris, Julie & Deanna
Jules, Tracy, Kathleen & Tina
We just have too much fun together! :}
Then we were ready for the River Run the following day!
Preparing ourselves for the ride ahead!
I'm not sure our guide, Wayne, was ready for us crazy girls! :}
Here we go!
Whoo Hoo!
What a fun (and very wet) ride!
If that isn't proof right there...
Back to town for another afternoon in the city
We never have a problem keeping ourselves entertained! :}
The mysterious box that you just HAD to see what was inside! :}
Tracy once again keeping us laughing like she does so well!
One last morning on the patio...do we really have to go?!
My Girls!

Seriously, I couldn't ask for a better group of girlfriends to share these life experiences with (ok, well there's a few I could add to this; but, seriously....) These women are amazing & a truly incredible support group!! I will never take this for granted!! Women need thier girlfriends to help them get through all the trials & tribulations of life...and between us, we've certainly had our share over the years. But, we're always there for each other! I would also say these girl's trips are very important too (it really does help to keep you sane & make you appreciate your families all the more!) Aaaahh, what fun memories!! :}
