Meanwhile, back in SLC

Yes, just because all my posts have been about the big trip, life has not stopped around home. So let me now try to catchup what's been going on around here. We'll start with football since life is all about football at this time of year. The season is coming to and end (the regular season is done, they are just now currently participating in the Jag Bowl..which they won the 1st game! ). I did have to miss one of the Utes home games while we were gone (though I did get to see part of it @ a local Sports Bar while in NY..fun, just not quite the same as being there!). And what a game that was! Utes kicked some booty in that one! The highlight though had to have been the Halftime Show...when Kaley, her friend, Asia, and cousin Brianna, got to join the the cheerleaders for the annual Halftime Spectacular. It's a fun charity event they do where the girls get to learn a cheer or dance & go out & perform at halftime. She was so excited for it & glad she gets the chance to participate!!
This year's team...The Granger Midgets
The team getting riled up before the game
Bradon & team in action
The proud parents with our little man
We appreciate Uncle Greg & Aunt Angie there to support him at his games
Cute moment at halftime with Jazzy on the see-saw
We also appreciate Taylor & Colleen, who were also there to cheer him on!
The day of the game in the pouring rain (and our fundraiser BBQ)
Yea, just a little bit of rain! :} It was crazy! I think the boys enjoyed playing in the mud though!They were excited to win the first round in the Jag Bowl! Kaley with her cousin, Anjila, getting ready to go out for the halftime showShe's a natural! :} Brianna in on the fun too!By the way, speaking of football....you know, just in case you've missed it. Our Utes are 9-0 Baby!! Ranked #8 in the BCS Standings! That's right...we rock! :}

I wish I could be there to go to some of the games with you (Utes and Bradon's). I love this time of year, and football makes it so fun!

Wow, I bet it would be fun to play in some mud! Congrats on the win in the 1st game of the Jag bowl. It's fun to watch Bradon in action. And Kaley is a natural when it comes to performing. I'm a proud aunt!
