The competition season comes to an end

We had one final competition for the year, held at Highland High. The girls had worked so hard, and you could tell how much better they were by this time, than when they started. Emma here was so encouraging to Kaley throughout the season & reminding her not to be scared. Warming up, ready to go!

Once again, she did her thing & shook those hips like no other! :}
We're impressed on how fast she picked up the splits & seems to have no problem doing so!

The rest of the team getting their turns in. McKenzie here is a talented little girl & as cute as a bug! Her mom is an owner of a studio herself; but, had our company help her with her solo. I think that speaks a lot for who we represent! :}

So I thought Jordan was very graceful this night..I had no idea she ended up making up half of it since she just went blank (despite that I've seen it like 4 times). Hey, it happens to the best of us. She pulled it off well! :}

Silly girls forgot they were supposed to pose after their group was done. This would explain the "What...?" look on their face & lack of costumes all ready, since they just ran back in! :}

It was a long night, so fortunately the girls had things to keep them entertained

..or make up her own new dance would be another thing to do! :}
Pretty soon, she was losing her energy! This was precious though, thanks Alexis! :}

The funnest part of the night was the group dance in between performances & awards. Mom's (and Dad's for that matter) got to join them! And we know how much our kids love it when their parents make fools of themselves in front of them & their friends! :}

...ESPECIALLY when some adults got called up for a dance off. Christy represented us well! :}

And the Winner is.....

She got to lead the girls in a big Conga line. Go Christy!! Back to the show...it was time for awards! And she takes 1st Attendant again! (OK, so there was only 2 in her group this time. Whatever, it's all the same! :})
